The Boston Celtics CommUNITY Crew Presented by TD Bank Unveil Renovated Game and Fitness Rooms at The Home for Little Wanderers

Volunteers joined forces to decorate and unveil newly renovated game and fitness rooms at The Home for Little Wanderers in Plymouth as part of the CommUNITY Crew Program.

Boston (July 22, 2014) — Boston Celtics Guard Phil Pressey and the Boston Celtics CommUNITY Crew including members of the Celtics staff, and staff from TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, joined forces as they decorated newly renovated game and fitness rooms at The Home for Little Wanderers’ Southeast Campus in Plymouth. Volunteers worked together to set up both rooms by assembling equipment and painting murals together. The equipment in the new remodeled fitness room include a treadmill, elliptical, boxing bag, ball bin and stereo equipment. In the new renovated recreation space which will be used as a tool to motivate the children to do well in school include; Xbox with Kinect, 2 computers, new furniture, Apple TV and large flat panel TV.
