Felicia Heywood
Vice president

Felicia Heywood began her career in social services at The Home for Little Wanderers in 1993, as a Child Care Worker and returned as the Program Director of Adoption & Intensive Foster Care in 2015, returning with decades of experience across the spectrum of child and family focused social services.

As Program Director, she planned and managed the operations and staff within the Comprehensive Foster Care and Adoption program. She oversaw the services and treatment of the clients and their families to ensure they were of the highest quality and are consistent with the goals of the Agency and are consistent with state regulations. During her tenure, the program became a beacon for permanency focused care. Felicia was recently named the Vice President of Behavioral Health for The Home.

Felicia has worked for the Department of Children & Families, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, and New Life Counseling & Wellness Center. She is a graduate of Smith College and Salem State University.
