Sonia Holman
Chief of Staff

Sonia Holman joined the Home for Little Wanderers in October of 2019 in the newly created position of Chief of Staff.

Sonia works closely with the executive leadership team serving as a strategist, consultant and implementer. Her role is to foster collaboration among multiple departments and programs, manage complex initiatives and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

As Chief of Staff Sonia serves as a sounding board to the CEO for new ideas and initiatives and assists the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making.

Prior to joining The Home, Sonia spent 20 years at the Mount Vernon Group in the Washington DC area as a self employed political consultant serving numerous corporations and non profit organizations. Sonia also worked as Vice President for Legislative Affairs at Associated Industries for Massachusetts, Eastman Kodak Company and served 9 years in the Health and Human Services Secretariat in Massachusetts.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
