Thomas L. Durling
Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Durling serves as Chief Financial Officer, a role he assumed in January 2018. In this capacity, Thomas oversees all operation aspects of the finance department including: the general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, audit, and investments. Thomas joined The Home in 1991 as an Accountant and has since held positions of increasing responsibility, the most recent of which was Vice President of Finance. Thomas is a data security officer for The Home’s WISP plan (Written Information Security Plan) and serves on the Executive Leadership Team, the Finance, Investment, and Real Estate Committee, and the Audit Committee.

Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in the field of non-profit work and children’s services. Prior to joining The Home, he worked for a CPA firm in Boston which specialized in services to non-profit organizations. Thomas is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bentley University with a B.S. in Accounting.
