As a leader in the field of child welfare, The Home for Little Wanderers is committed to pursuing research and evaluation endeavors to inform organizational learning and management.

The mission of the Risk Management, Evaluation, & Outcomes (RMEO) department is to provide support and expertise in program evaluation, outcomes measurement, research, and risk management to the programs and departments of The Home. The RMEO department assists with implementation of the agency’s quality improvement activities and with integrating best practices into all aspects of its work. We strive to continuously assess and improve the quality of services provided to children, families, and communities.
