Family support and case management at the frcC The FRC offers an array of services to help strengthen families. Our goal is to work with families to identify their goals and areas of need and to help connect them to internal and external services and resources to meet those needs. We aim to help strengthen families through providing support, engagement, education, and help with accessing community resources. Each FRC family is connected to a knowledgeable and specialized staff person based on need and goals. Although there is no one size fits all when it comes to the FRC, some of the common needs include:
The FRC staff will use their areas of experitise to help address these needs, concerns, and goals, however there is no set amount of time for which a family is to engage. Family voice is of the utmost importance at FRC. From what services they are interested in to the amount of time in which to engage, families are involved every step of the way.
