Safe at Home Team

The goal of the Safe at Home program is to keep children in their home and avoid alternative placement or a hospitalization. The team is made up master’s level mental health professional and bachelor’s level community clinicians.

Safe at Home works in collaboration with the following:

• Boston Children’s Hospital 
• Boston Medical Center 
• Cambridge Hospital 
• Carney Hospital 
• Department of Children and Families

Safe at Home teams are staffed by diverse clinicians that are fluent in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Armenian.
