Robin M. Gilbert
Chief Human Resources officer

Robin Gilbert joined The Home for Little Wanderers in July of 2018 and serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, providing overall leadership, guidance and oversight of the Human Resources Function. In this capacity, Robin is responsible for the design, develop, and delivery of HR Strategies, Plans, Programs and Services to meet the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization. She provides strategic, coaching, advisory, and business consulting services to the CEO and Members of the Executive/Senior Management Team; is the Liaison to the Board of Directors and serves as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Robin is an innovative, driven HR Leader with a progressive career history marked by using HR initiatives to successfully translate business vision in a manner conducive to boosting organizational performance, profit, growth and staff engagement. She is able to motivate and train individuals and teams at all levels to bolster performance and foster strategic relationships. Robin is well versed in all facets of Human Resources with expertise in Employee Relations, Coaching & Counseling, Full-Life Cycle Staffing and Recruitment, Performance Management and Organizational Design & Development. Robin is a key partner and enabler of business outcomes. She is a change agent, committed to service excellence and process improvements.

Robin is a graduate of the Boston University, School of Management where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. She pursued her graduate studies at Boston College, Carroll School of Management and is certified in HR Competency Models through the Human Resources Certification Institute. Robin is also an active member of The Society for Human Resources Management.
